ChattiesHouse™ is a product of Event’Zel, LLC (“Event’Zel,” “ChattiesHouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when individuals use ChattiesHouse websites, services, and SMS-enabled AI communication features.

When you use ChattiesHouse, we may collect information you provide directly, including your name, mobile telephone number, account information, communications with connected AI agents, support requests, and information you choose to provide through the service.

We may also collect technical information necessary to operate and secure the service, such as message metadata, timestamps, device or browser information, IP address, service activity, and diagnostic information.

ChattiesHouse does not use its conversational SMS service to send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages.

ChattiesHouse allows registered users to communicate with connected AI agents through SMS.

Users must consent to receive SMS communications from ChattiesHouse. Message frequency varies depending on user interaction. Message and data rates may apply.

Users may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages and may reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile information, including telephone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent information, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be provided to service providers when necessary to deliver SMS messages, operate ChattiesHouse, provide a requested AI service, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with legal obligations. These providers may only receive information necessary to perform services on behalf of ChattiesHouse, subject to applicable agreements and requirements.

 

AI Services and Connected Agents

ChattiesHouse enables users to communicate with AI agents and services. Depending on the agent or AI provider selected, message content and other information necessary to process a request may be transmitted to that provider.

Third-party AI providers and connected services may maintain their own privacy policies and data-handling practices. Users should review the policies applicable to services they choose to connect to ChattiesHouse.

ChattiesHouse does not represent that all third-party AI services use or retain information in the same manner.
