These SMS Terms apply to SMS messaging provided through ChattiesHouse™, a product of Event’Zel, LLC (“Event’Zel,” “ChattiesHouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By opting in to ChattiesHouse SMS messaging, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to the ChattiesHouse Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. ChattiesHouse SMS Service

ChattiesHouse allows registered users to communicate with connected AI agents through conversational SMS messaging.

Messages may include responses from a connected AI agent, service-related information, account or support communications, and other messages directly related to the user's interaction with ChattiesHouse.

ChattiesHouse does not use this SMS program to send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages.

2. How to Opt In

Users may opt in to ChattiesHouse SMS messaging by texting START to a ChattiesHouse-enabled telephone number.

After receiving START, ChattiesHouse will send an SMS explaining the service and asking the user to confirm participation by replying YES.

SMS messaging begins after the user provides the requested confirmation.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

3. Welcome and Confirmation

After a user texts START, ChattiesHouse may send a message substantially similar to:

Welcome to ChattiesHouse™, an AI messaging service from Event’Zel, LLC. Reply YES to confirm you want to receive conversational SMS messages from your connected AI agent. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at the links provided on the ChattiesHouse website.

After the user replies YES, ChattiesHouse may send a confirmation substantially similar to:

You're confirmed for ChattiesHouse™ messaging. You can now communicate with your connected AI agent by text. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies according to user interaction with ChattiesHouse and connected AI agents.

Because ChattiesHouse provides conversational messaging, the number of messages received will generally depend on how often and how extensively the user interacts with the service.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Charges are determined by the user's wireless carrier and mobile service plan. Event’Zel, LLC is not responsible for charges imposed by a user's wireless carrier.

6. Opting Out

Users may opt out of ChattiesHouse SMS messaging at any time by replying:

STOP After an opt-out request is received, ChattiesHouse may send a final confirmation that the user has been unsubscribed. No further SMS messages will be sent unless the user subsequently provides valid consent to resume messaging.

8. Mobile Information and SMS Consent

Information may be provided to communications providers and other service providers when necessary to deliver messages, operate ChattiesHouse, provide a user-requested service, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with applicable law.

9. Supported Carriers and Availability

SMS delivery is subject to wireless carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, and other factors outside the control of ChattiesHouse or Event’Zel, LLC.

Delivery of every message cannot be guaranteed.
