These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ChattiesHouse™, a product of Event’Zel, LLC (“Event’Zel,” “ChattiesHouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using ChattiesHouse, including its website, SMS messaging features, AI agent connections, or related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. About ChattiesHouse
ChattiesHouse is an AI communications platform designed to allow users to connect with and communicate with supported artificial intelligence agents through familiar communication channels, including SMS messaging.
Features and supported communication channels may change as the platform develops.
2. Eligibility and User Responsibility
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms to use ChattiesHouse.
You are responsible for the information, instructions, messages, and content you submit through the service and for ensuring that your use of ChattiesHouse complies with applicable laws and these Terms. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of any accounts, devices, credentials, or third-party services you connect to ChattiesHouse.
3. AI-Generated Information
ChattiesHouse facilitates communication with artificial intelligence systems. Responses generated by AI may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or unexpected results. AI-generated responses should not automatically be treated as verified facts or professional advice. Users are responsible for evaluating information and determining whether human review or independent verification is appropriate before relying on an AI-generated response or taking consequential action. ChattiesHouse does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.
4. Connected AI and Third-Party Services
ChattiesHouse may connect with third-party AI models, communications providers, applications, APIs, and other services.
Your use of those services may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of their respective providers. ChattiesHouse does
not control and is not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, outputs, or actions of independent third-party services.
5. SMS Messaging
ChattiesHouse may allow users to communicate with connected AI agents through SMS.
Users must consent to receive SMS communications. Message frequency varies according to user interaction. Message and data rates may apply.
Users may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS communications and may reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
ChattiesHouse does not use its conversational SMS service to send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages.
Additional SMS-specific terms may apply and are incorporated into these Terms when provided through the ChattiesHouse website or messaging experience.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use ChattiesHouse to violate applicable law; impersonate another person or organization without authorization; distribute spam or unsolicited communications; harass, threaten, exploit, or defraud others; interfere with or attempt to compromise the security or operation of the service; gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or information; introduce malicious software or code; or use the service in a manner that infringes the rights of others. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, ChattiesHouse, Event’Zel, service providers, or others from misuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.
7. Agent Permissions and Actions
Certain ChattiesHouse features may eventually allow users to authorize connected AI agents to access information, interact with third-party services, or perform permitted actions. The availability of a technical capability does not by itself grant an AI agent authority to act on a user's behalf. Where action capabilities are provided, users remain responsible for configuring appropriate permissions and reviewing actions where appropriate. ChattiesHouse may impose additional safeguards, confirmations, or restrictions on particular capabilities.
8. Privacy
Use of ChattiesHouse is also subject to the ChattiesHouse Privacy Policy, which describes how information may be collected, used, disclosed, and protected. Where ChattiesHouse connects to third-party AI or communications services, information necessary to fulfill a user's request may be processed by those providers according to applicable agreements and policies.
9. Intellectual Property
ChattiesHouse, including its branding, platform design, original software, text, graphics, features, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to Event’Zel, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant users ownership of ChattiesHouse or Event’Zel intellectual property. Users retain rights they otherwise possess in content they submit, subject to the permissions reasonably necessary for ChattiesHouse and its service providers to process that content and provide the requested service.
10. Availability and Changes
ChattiesHouse is an evolving service. Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability and may perform maintenance or make changes when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, compliance, or product development.
11. Fees and Paid Services
Certain ChattiesHouse features may be offered for a fee in the future. Pricing, billing terms, subscription conditions, cancellation rights, and other applicable terms will be disclosed before a user purchases a paid service. Carrier messaging, data, telecommunications, or third-party service charges may apply independently of any ChattiesHouse fees.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ChattiesHouse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Event’Zel, LLC makes no warranty that ChattiesHouse will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Event’Zel, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of or inability to use ChattiesHouse. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
14. Termination
Users may stop using ChattiesHouse at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, security concerns, abuse of the service, or circumstances that make continued operation impractical or unsafe.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective after termination.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as ChattiesHouse develops or as legal, regulatory, technical, or operational requirements change.
Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of ChattiesHouse after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
